2 Money $aving Marketing Plans
I offer two different full service marketing plans. Both plans deliver all the benefits of the typical 6% service offered in the market place, but with significant cost savings to the seller. The $995 Flat Fee Listing is a one time fee, payable up front. Additionally, the seller owes the Buyer's Agent a recommended 3% commission at the closing. While this service is certainly a great value to many home sellers, it may not be appropriate for every seller or market place. Please contact me to discuss your particular selling needs.
For those who wish to pay for the listing service at the closing table, I offer a more traditional Elite 4.9% marketing plan. This plan offers several enhanced features over the flat fee service. The best part is you still save money because the 4.9% commission is lower than the traditional brokerage commission of 6%. The details of each marketing plan are as follows:

Elite 4.9% - in addition to the above
- 4.9% paid on closing; 1.9% for the listing service and 3% to the Buyer's Agent
