I offer two Flat Fee Listing services. Both the Supersaver and the Progressive listing services are a one time listing fee, payable up front. Additionally, the seller owes the Buyer's Agent a recommended 3% commission at the closing. The most popular service, the Progressive, has additional features and upgrades over the do-it-yourself styled Supersaver.
For those who don't wish to pay before the transaction closes, I offer a more traditional Elite 4.9% listing where the payment comes out at the closing table. This plan offers additional features over the flat fee services. The best part is you still save money because the 4.9% commission is lower than the traditional brokerage commission of 6%. - Comparative Market Analysis to determine appropriate sales price
- In-Home Listing Service taking measurements, photos, and listing amenities
- In-Home Color Flyers (50 one-sided)
- Showcase REALTOR.com Advertisement with 10 photos
- Toll-Free Buyer Information Line
- Closing Coordinator
Elite 4.9% - in addition to the above
- 4.9% paid on the closing; 3% to the Buyer's Agent and 1.9% for the listing service
